Terms of Service
Effective July 21, 2026 · Zerohour Code, LLC
These terms govern your use of Brickchat. By creating an account or using Brickchat, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement; a parent or guardian must approve use where local law requires it.
Account and collection access
Keep your sign-in methods and one-time codes secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Brickchat can read the active Brickmaster household collection according to your membership role. It may propose a collection change, but no proposal is applied until you explicitly confirm it and your role permits the change.
AI assistance
Brickchat generates answers with artificial intelligence. Answers can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation and are not professional advice. Check important facts, instructions, prices, availability, safety guidance, and every proposed collection change yourself. Do not rely on Brickchat where an error could cause injury, property damage, financial loss, or violation of law.
Subscriptions and free trials
Plus and Max are recurring subscriptions with the price, billing interval, included monthly fuel, and AI model shown before purchase. Eligible new subscribers may receive a one-week trial; Apple or Google determines eligibility. If a trial applies, the displayed price is charged when it ends unless you cancel first. If no trial applies, payment is charged when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically at the displayed price and interval until canceled.
Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple Account, or an Android subscription in Google Play. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally leaves access active through the paid period. Plan changes, taxes, price changes, and billing dates follow the rules and confirmation shown by the applicable store. Brickchat does not currently sell subscriptions or fuel packs on the web.
Fuel and one-time packs
Fuel measures AI usage; different requests and models can consume different amounts. Included subscription fuel refills under the plan shown at purchase and does not represent cash or stored value. Purchased fuel packs are one-time consumable in-app purchases, do not renew, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and cannot be restored after consumption. We may correct duplicate, fraudulent, or reversed grants while preserving an accurate usage ledger.
Refunds and billing disputes
Apple decides refunds for Apple in-app purchases and Google decides refunds for Google Play purchases under their store rules. Contact Brickchat support promptly about a failed or duplicate delivery so we can help trace the transaction, but submit the refund request through the store that charged you. Subscription and fuel-pack purchases are generally non-refundable after access or fuel is delivered or consumed, except for failed or duplicate delivery and every refund or cooling-off right the applicable store or law requires.
If Apple asks for delivery or consumption information after a refund request, Brickchat may respond through RevenueCat with your consent as described in the Privacy Policy and purchase notice. You can withdraw that consent for future requests before asking Apple for a refund.
Acceptable use
Do not use Brickchat to break the law; harm, harass, exploit, or deceive anyone; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; upload malware; probe or bypass security, rate limits, fuel metering, access controls, or purchase systems; scrape or automate the service without written permission; resell access; or use generated output to impersonate a person or misrepresent it as verified fact. Do not send secrets, payment credentials, or sensitive personal data in a chat.
Ownership and feedback
Brickchat, its software, branding, and service content belong to Zerohour Code, LLC or its licensors. LEGO and other brand names belong to their respective owners; Brickchat is not endorsed by them. You retain rights you have in content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to process it to provide and secure the service. Feedback may be used without obligation to you.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit or suspend an account to protect users, stores, providers, or the service, investigate abuse or fraud, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You may stop using Brickchat, cancel a subscription, and delete your account in Settings. Terms that by nature should survive—such as payment, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue after termination.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Brickchat is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Zerohour Code, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or losses caused by relying on AI output. Our aggregate liability arising from Brickchat will not exceed the amount you paid for Brickchat in the 12 months before the claim. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Changes
Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law are not limited by these terms. We may update the terms and will post the new effective date here; material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
